Payment Policy

Effective as of January 01, 2015

We welcome any questions you may have and are available for any needed clarifications. However, there are No Exceptions to this policy!

All final design and photography prices are set by Aksion Graphix, Inc. A non-refundable minimum deposit, half of the total project cost or as otherwise determined by Aksion Graphix, Inc., is due before project commencement or upon booking your photoshoot. A weekly late fee of 5%, of total project cost, is added when the remaining balance is not paid in full by the designated deadline. No designs, websites, or photographs will be released or delivered until the remaining balance and accrued late fees, if any, are paid in full.

Graphic Design & Website Development

No project will be started until the requested deposit is paid in full. If the deposit is paid by money transfer or check, designing will begin once funds are captured by Aksion Graphix, Inc. Project deadlines and remaining balance will be agreed upon by the client and the designer of Aksion Graphix, Inc. Additional costs may incur if the client requests to make design changes or add additional features/pages (pertaining to website designs), after the deposit has been made. In which case, an additional deposit may also be required, subject to the discretion of Aksion Graphix, Inc. Additional costs are determined based on your specific request and will be discussed on an individual basis.

Photography

Photoshoots are scheduled to accommodate the client’s schedule. Additional costs may incur if the photographer is required to travel for your session, an event exceeds the amount of time agreed on upon scheduling, or a client upgrades their photo package during the photography session. These possible additional costs are determined based on your specific request and will be discussed on an individual basis. Aksion Graphix, Inc. will contact you to confirm your scheduled session 1-2 days prior to the scheduled date. If the client is not available at the time of contact, it is the responsibility of the client to contact us with a confirmation, in order to proceed as scheduled. To allow for any unexpected situations which could arise, we allow a one time session rescheduling. We require a 24 hour notification, by phone or email, to reschedule your session. In addition, Aksion Graphix, Inc. may contact you, by phone or email, to reschedule an outdoor photoshoot, in the event of rainy or inclement weather.

Consultation

Our consultation fee is a minimum of $50. This fee will be determined on project requirements. Amount requested will be deducted from original balance, if project is started within 30 days of consultation. The fee will be required, before any consulting via phone, email or in person meetings. If an additional project is needed other than what was discussed, an additional consultation fee maybe required. Here is why we charge a consultation fee and why a “free consultation” is not necessarily in your best interest.

We believe that in consulting with a professional – as with all things in life – “you get what you pay for.”

Custom Apparel Printing

Full amount is due upon order being placed. Depending on deadline, RUSH charges may apply. If order is being shipped, shipping charges will not be included in your printing quote. When you request for Custom Apparel Printing, please provide the following:
1. Size
2. Color

3. Quantity
4. High Quality Design Artwork
(we prefer Vectored Artwork in these formats: .EPS, .PDF, .AI)

5. Design Size (We can print up to 11.25 x 14)
6. Project Deadline
